Facebook Page analytics, finally in the same window.

FB Multi Manager puts your Business portfolios, recent post metrics and post-level audience data into a Chrome side panel that sits beside the Facebook tab you already have open. We went through every screen.

Highly recommended

The short version

The fastest route we have found to Facebook Page and post analytics without opening Meta Business Suite. The panel is read-only for now, so it will not suit anyone who wants to manage ad campaigns from the same place — but for reading the numbers, it removes a genuinely annoying amount of clicking.

Get it if you

  • Run more than one Facebook Page
  • Check post performance daily
  • Switch between client portfolios
  • Want audience data per post

Skip it if you

  • Need to manage ad campaigns
  • Want to publish or schedule posts
  • Need exports into a report
  • Do not use Chrome
The problem

Five screens for one number

Anyone who looks after several Pages knows the routine. You want to know how yesterday's post did, so you leave the tab you are working in and start navigating.

Before

Checking a post in Business Suite

  1. Leave the tab you are working in
  2. Open Meta Business Suite
  3. Pick the right Business portfolio
  4. Pick the right Page
  5. Open Insights and find the post
After

Checking a post in the side panel

  1. Open the panel next to your Facebook tab
  2. Read the post metrics already on screen

The portfolio and Page dropdowns sit at the top of the panel, so the step that normally costs the most clicks is the first thing you see.

What is inside

Everything about your Pages, in one panel

The dashboard is organised the way you would check things manually — in descending order of how often you need them.

Portfolios and Pages at the top

Two dropdowns switch between Business portfolios and their connected Pages. No menu diving.

Nine metrics per post

Views, viewers, interactions, reactions, comments, shares, saves, follows and link clicks.

Several Pages on one chart

Daily view performance across connected Pages on a single set of axes.

Post-level deep dive

Performance over time, follower split, age and gender distribution, leading countries.

Hands off to Meta's tools

Create a post, ad, Reel or Story in Meta's own interface instead of a copy of it.

Getting started

Running in under a minute

No API keys, no new account, no data migration. The extension works with the Facebook session you already have.

  1. 1

    Add it to Chrome

Install from the Chrome Web Store. There is nothing to configure afterwards.

    331 KB download
  2. 2

    Open the side panel

Keep working in your Facebook tab and open the panel beside it. Your existing session is used locally.

    No login step
  3. 3

    Pick a portfolio and Page

Recent posts, audience insights and performance trends load right there, ready to read.

    Two dropdowns
Post analytics view showing views, viewers, interactions and clicks, an audience overview split by followers and non-followers, gender and top countries, engagement counters, and a views-over-time chart.
Post-level analytics

This is where it earns its place.

Opening a single post is the part we kept coming back to. Instead of the usual handful of vanity counters, you get the breakdown that actually explains a result.

  • Views, viewers, interactions and link clicks
  • Follower versus non-follower reach
  • Age and gender distribution
  • Countries driving the views
  • Seven-day trend on the same screen
The follower and non-follower split is the number most people never bother to dig out of Business Suite — and it is the one that tells you whether a post travelled beyond your existing audience or simply recirculated among people who already follow you.
Privacy

Your Facebook data stays between Chrome and Meta.

This is the question worth asking of any extension that touches a logged-in Facebook session, so we read the store disclosures rather than taking the marketing at face value.

  • Authentication cached only in Chrome local storage
  • Analytics requests only to Meta-owned HTTPS endpoints
  • Tab URLs checked locally to detect the current Page
  • Nothing sent to a developer-operated server
A privacy details screen listing local session cache, Meta endpoints only, and no selling or advertising use.
Ratings by category

Where the 4.9 comes from

Our overall score is the average of five categories. The spread matters more than the headline number: this is a narrow tool that is close to perfect at its narrow job.

Speed of access

5.0

Privacy posture

Feature breadth

4.6

Feature breadth is the one column below five. There is no ad management, no publishing and no cross-network reporting here. If you want one extension to do everything, this is not it — and the score reflects that.
Head to head

Against Meta Business Suite

The extension is not a replacement for Business Suite and does not claim to be. It is a faster front door to the things you look up most often.

Task Meta Business Suite FB Multi Manager
Switch portfolio and Page Several menu levels Two dropdowns at the top

The balance sheet

Pros and cons

What we liked

  • Portfolio and Page switching is the first thing on screen, not the last
  • Post metrics go well past views — saves, follows and link clicks are all there
  • Follower versus non-follower reach, plus age, gender and top countries per post
  • Several Pages compared on a single chart
  • No account to create, no API key, no data import
  • Specific, checkable privacy disclosures rather than vague reassurance
  • Unavailable features are labelled in the interface instead of hidden
  • Free, and small enough at 331 KB not to slow the browser down

What is missing

  • Read-only: you cannot manage ads or publish from the panel itself
  • Advertising management and Reach comparison are marked coming soon, not shipped
  • Chrome only — no Firefox or Safari build
  • A new release with no public user ratings yet, so no long-term track record
  • Requires an active Facebook session, so it is not a reporting tool for anyone without Page access
  • No export — you read the numbers in the panel rather than pulling them into a report
How we assessed it

We installed version 1.0.1 from the Chrome Web Store and worked through the panel beside a live Facebook tab, moving between portfolios, Pages and individual posts. Every factual claim on this page — version, size, languages, data handling — was checked against the store listing and the developer's privacy disclosures. The category ratings are our own editorial judgement, not an average of user reviews: version 1.0.1 shipped in August 2026 and has not accumulated public ratings yet.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is FB Multi Manager free?

Yes. The Chrome Web Store listing shows no in-app purchases and no subscription.

Do I need to give it my Facebook password?

No. It works with the session you are already signed into in the browser. Authentication data is cached only in Chrome's local extension storage.

Can it manage or launch ads?

Not in this release. Advertising management is marked as coming soon inside the interface. You can jump from the panel into Meta's own ad creation flow.

Does it work in Firefox, Edge or Safari?

It is published for Chrome and uses the Chrome side panel. There is no Firefox or Safari build listed.

How many Pages can I compare?

The comparison chart is built for several connected Pages at once, drawn from the Business portfolios your account has access to.

Will it slow Facebook down?

The download is 331 KB, which is small for an analytics extension, and the panel renders separately from the Facebook page itself.
